I will push for cuts state spending by 20 percent in my first year as Senator, eliminate 50% of the useless Authorities that burden New York State taxpayers. I will evaluate every department and agency of state government for efficiency, effectiveness, and necessity and cut programs not directly benefiting the taxpayer.
